Just a few steps from the secluded Fisherman’s Beach and Portsea Village, Back Beach residence comprises two architecturally designed beach homes set on a site of over 2,000 square meters. With views to Delgany Castle the sloping sandy site allows for a unique design and build.

Each with their own concrete swimming pools, these 4 bedroom 3 bathroom homes feature silvertop ash batten cladding, hit and miss operable timber batten screening, recycled pressed bricks and oak floorboards. The all electric homes also include solid timber door jambs built onsite, stone accented joinery and VZUG appliances.

This particular project was incredibly fulfilling for both our management and on-site teams. From curved brick walls, custom-built front doors, and operable batten screens, this project showcases our ability to not only craft beautiful products but coordinate multiple trades, produce our own shop drawings and deliver bespoke products onsite.
