Nestled in a leafy street in Kew, Melbourne, Stawell is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom family home.

Designed by Chamberlain Architects, the home has solid street presence with a combination of charred Cedar cladding and granite tile cladding. The architectural design features a custom plastered spiral staircase, timber battened ceiling, American Oak veneer joinery, Rogersellar tapware, VZUG appliances and timber-framed, German-designed, double-glazed Tilt Turn and Lift Slide windows. Spanning 3 storeys the basement includes a steam room, klaus car stackers and views to the pool from the basement bar through a 100mm thick acrylic window.

The project required a high level of resolution and attention to detail in order to deliver the design. It was our most ambititous project to date, and affirmed our ability to deliver quality, architectural builds. We’ve since commenced our second project with the same client, which is more affirming than anything else.
